EZ Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are so easy. They took all of 5 mins to mix up. And they were incredibly good. They came out nice and dense and chewy. I was a little suspicious because there was no flour or leavening or anything else. But they worked out. They were definitely a favorite at work.

(recipe doubled)

2 cups Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 eggs

Stir all the ingredients together until uniform.
Drop tablespoons of batter on a baking sheet.
Press down with the back of a fork like you always do with peanut butter cookies.
Bake until the edges just start to brown, about 10 mins.
